The normally start/stop operation of ice machine unit must be strictly follow the instructions.

In the process of operation, record the parameters in time. Inspect the running condition of unit frequently, include cooling water, the water quality, water temperature, water pressure of cooling water, refrigerant, lubricating oil, pump and cooling tower. If there is a exception, make sure dispose it promptly. If the alarm occurs during the unit operation, the relevant personnel should be informed to check the unit, contact with manufacturer when you cannot solve it. Special staff should be responsible for the machine room, must not allow people without fixed duties get into the machine room, or operate machine. The machine room should e equipped with corresponding safety protection equipment and maintenance test tools, such as pressure gauge, thermometer, etc., the tool should be stored in fixed position.  Keep the machine room dry, clean and well ventilated.
