Gas-liquid separator is the role of dealing with a small amount of condensate gas, to achieve condensate recovery or gas purification.

This is in a larger video format that is doing a test for the super freeze device that rapidly cools things you put into a chamber much like how a microwave rapidly heats food you put in a chamber. This uses convection with a very rapid thermal exchanger method to do the rapid cooling.
In the form you see in the video that does have insulation or anything very advanced and it still will cool a steaming hot glass of water drastically more than if the same cup were put into a freezer. This test was actually done but not in this video. Not sure if I took a video of that one.
What is happening is the heat is pulled from the food chamber through an impeller air pump from an inflatable mattress kit, into a submerged tube with holes drilled in it. The air is forced through the holes creating tiny bubbles. The tiny bubbles have a lot of surface area and since they are tiny they exchange the temperature with the fluid almost instantly. The air then rises to the top of the fluid chamber. The only air that is at the top of the chamber has been converted to very cold air. This is then pulled back into the food chamber by means of vacuum pressure from the pump pulling the hot air through the other side of the chamber. It is setup this way to make sure you get the most cool air, least amount of vapor and water thrown around, cool the motor, etc. Other iterations were tried but this one worked best.
A wooden baffle is setup to keep the air from being full of water droplets as you don’t want to get all those water droplets in the food chamber. You just want air in there.
Future versions would have something similar to a grease splash guard screen and perhaps use Gor-Tex to filter the air from water droplets.
Alcohol and a cooling system will be used in future iterations where the tank is insulated from the rest of the system with Aerogel and uses the cooling system that water dispensers have. Might use a Peltier device.
